When Dayton Plastics was established in 1988, its goal was to offer reasonably priced, high-quality molded products made in the United States. We have expanded to rank among the Southeast's biggest manufacturers of bespoke injection molds since that time. Our 25,000 square foot production and warehouse facility is situated in Dayton, Tennessee. We can produce pieces that weigh up to ten pounds or less than one gram using our press tonnage range of 85 to 1,000 tons. We have emerged as one of the top manufacturers of HVAC and hot water heater parts for the residential and recreational vehicle markets for the past three decades. But as we are a custom molder, we also mold for a wide range of other applications, including gardening and pool products.
