Our 1946-founded tool factory, one of the biggest and oldest in Northern Europe, employs about 65 people.

Denmark's top tools

The majority of the tools we manufacture are technically challenging, through-hardened, extremely strong tools of the highest caliber with low tolerances and tailored quick cycle times for good moulding economy and parts of the highest caliber.

One new injection molding tool is produced at Hjerno Tool Factory every day on average, and we constantly have 30-45 new tools in production, so even though the tools are typically unique, we have a lot of tool parts that are interchangeable, which has a significant positive impact on production and lowers the cost of the tool parts.
