Founded in 1955 by Mr. Ángel Rapagnani, son of Italian immigrants, the Precision Metallurgical company was based on the manufacture of cutting and embossing dies for third parties. Later, plastic injection molds, Bakelite pressing and injection molds were made. of aluminum. 

 The company started in Cambaceres, Ensenada district and currently Metalprec is a company located on the edge of La Plata and in the town of Berisso.
