2020 saw the establishment of Metric IMS from Inch Plastics and Elincom Electronics B.V. Despite having more than 8 years of experience in the design, engineering, and production of expert plastic goods for the consumer and industrial markets, Inch Plastics was created in 2016.

Since 1975, Elincom Electronics has been a specialized distributor of parts for manufacturers of professional LED lighting luminaires, industrial electronics, and industrial automation.

The requirement for Elincom to provide customized housing and design support for its clients led to the collaboration much earlier. Additionally, there was a desire at Inch to be able to concentrate on the project execution and have the production done in-house.

The partnership became Metric IMS in 2020, formally establishing it.

Metric's effective configuration allows us to
