Welcome to North Design Works, which I, Jonny Patty, own and operate as a mechanical engineering design firm.  I'm a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in production and design.  The firm serves a diverse clientele, so feel free to browse the website or get in touch if you'd like to talk about a particular project.

Jonny Patty (BEng, Mechanical Engineering QUB), who has worked in safety and survival design, testing, and manufacturing for ten years, incorporated the company in 2010 to launch an entrepreneurial venture.  The business venture failed, but by the end of 2010, Jonny was offering consulting services to a variety of companies, including General Industry.
