Incorporated on February 5, 1980, Perusahaan Jaya Plastik (M) Sdn Bhd ("The Company"), a fully owned subsidiary of CYL Corporation Sdn Bhd, focuses on the production of plastic bottles and containers for the automotive lubricant and toiletries industries. It uses secondary decorative processes such as labeling, shrink sleeving, and silk screen printing.

Mr. Chen Yat Lee, the company's founder and managing director, serves as the organization's leader. He received one of the first German scholarships for Malaysians to study plastic technology in Germany in the middle of the 1960s, and he currently holds a Ph.D.
