Our founder, Jacob Piller, first exposed local Pacific Northwest woodsmen to an inventive injection molded plastic tree felling wedge in 1963. This was the beginning of our long history with injection molding. Jacob's patented design was soon embraced by the logging industry due to its affordability, light weight, and durability. It is still produced today in a wide range of sizes and combinations and is sold all over the world.
Over the next few years, Piller Plastics established itself as one of the top local custom injection molding companies. We expanded alongside the local economy by supplying injection molded components to OEMs like Epson, Panasonic, and Mattel while continuously investing in people, processes, and equipment and keeping a laser-like focus on providing clients with great customized service.
Late in 2014, Piller Plastics and the prosperous AIMMCO combined.
