Polymer Contours, a manufacturing history and part of the Lehigh Valley, is situated in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Several well-known manufacturing firms, including B Braun Medical and Lutron Electronics, are based in the Lehigh Valley. In the Lehigh Valley, where Mack Trucks manufactures all of its vehicles for the North American market, last year saw the highest output recorded at the facility. The 1919 opening of the first Mack Truck facility is where Polymer Contours got its start. The Lehigh Valley was the first American location chosen by Fuling Plastics, the largest producer of plastic cookware and tableware in China. This is the first time a Chinese firm has established a facility in Pennsylvania.
