Since 1980, Pro Mold, Inc. has operated in southern California. Ron Fields, who is still actively involved in the company and works daily in the shop, founded it. He controls the jig grinders and is skilled with all the machinery.

Vice President and co-owner Ed Bickel has been with Pro Mold from the company's inception. Since he was in his early teens, Ed has been surrounded by plastics and machine tools in the family garage.
