At the age of 18, Leo Libigs began working in the injection molding industry while still a high school student. He rose fast to the position of shift foreman and, in due course, maintenance manager. He made the decision to advance his career by working as a field service technician for Toshiba, a leading manufacturer of injection molding machines, using his understanding of machine maintenance. When Leo was 29, he was touring the globe repairing machinery for businesses that lacked the expertise to do it themselves. After eight years, he became weary of traveling and founded The Molding Group in 2000. Since then, he has been effectively managing the business with his 45 years of molding experience.
