Established in 1969, Venture Plastics, Inc. (VPI) is an IATF 16949 certified custom thermoplastic injection molding company operating from two facilities located in Newton Falls, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas. Together, these facilities house 34 injection molding machines ranging from 55 to 1,450 US tons, supported by 123,000 square feet of combined manufacturing space. Operations are enhanced by an integrated IQMS software system, scientific molding and locked-process methodologies, RJG technology, closed-loop SPC systems, robotics, and centralized material handling. In-house maintenance capabilities support both equipment and tooling to ensure consistent performance. VPI’s advanced capabilities include injection and over-molding, insert molding, complex part production, decorating and plating, assembly and welding, tufting processes, and a broad range of engineered materials with UL material traceability. Scientific molding principles are applied across all production to ensure optimized, repeatable processes on every press, with the ability to retrofit existing tooling where needed. Our engineering team actively supports customers in new product development and tooling design, as well as value-added manufacturing processes. We work with a variety of file formats, including AutoCAD, IGES/DXF, Catia, SolidWorks, and Pro/ENGINEER, with secure data transfer available via email or FTP. Additional services include mold flow analysis, prototyping, comprehensive program management, and access to global tooling sources.
