The company is an ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8 Operation and TUV SUD: ISO 13485:2016 certified and it comprises of a team of experienced and professional personnel. Plastics division business strategy is focused on providing integrated and innovative plastic solutions to the world’s leading companies, implemented by the premier global team of employee. At the same time, we have used our seasoned expertise to set up production at overseas base in Thailand.YPC (Malaysia) has a comprehensive integrated production system that encompasses all operations from product planning through mould making, injection moulding, processing and final assembly. At every stage, procedures and materials are subjected to strict quality control based on existing standards. Our fully quality system covers all kinds of items and functions. In year 2013, our company was grow up and we open for the 2nd phase for injection moulding process for machinery less than 200 ton and follow 3rd phase in year 2015 for injection moulding for machinery more than 200 ton, robotic spray process and assembly line for automotive parts. For Medical Device Division, officially opened in December 2014 specialist in the assembly process of catheter for medical purpose, inspection and vacuum packing the products to ship locally and export.
