In 1991, Indtec Corporation was founded in Marina, California. Five workers and a PCB design engineer founded the business, which started out providing local industrial measurement and controls clients. Indtec obtained clients in the semiconductor fabrication sector in 1996.

With over 40 employees and a yearly production volume of over 120,000 circuit boards, Indtec is still expanding. Recently, a two-person partnership that collaborates with the founder purchased the business with the intention of growing it and enhancing its capabilities.

A family-run business, Galaxy Electronics Inc. started by fixing printed circuit boards in a garage.
