Founded in 1938, SARA Ing. Sandro Benussi srl is a 100% Italian company specialized in the production of technical items in thermoplastic materials. It deals with the design and manufacture of molds, molding with presses from 50 to 2400 tons, assembly, validation of the pieces with advanced technologies, painting and special finishes. In particular, SARA produces items for the automotive, railway, textile and naval machinery sectors.

Thanks to its great experience, SARA cooperates in co-design with international companies such as CNH industrial, Ferrari, Renault Trucks, FPT, Iveco LATAM and OMR.

In 1992 due to rising cost of labor and supplies in Taiwan, our plastic injection molding production facility was moved to Thailand and TTS Plastics Co.,Ltd. and T&K Plastic Co.,Ltd. were formed.
TTS has responsibility for raw materials and production, while T&K
is responsible for supervising labor. Overall corporate management, import/export and research and development remain in Taiwan.

The CGF di Pranzetti srl has been present in the plastic material processing market since 1979; the activity, carried out in a building of 3,000 square meters, focuses on the molding of plastic materials (technopolymers) and the construction of injection molds , on behalf of third parties, of various products, both technical and aesthetic. The CGF is able to develop plastic articles through advanced procedures of traditional injection molding with from 40 to 500 ton presses, also has the technologies: multi-material , multi-colored , for the transformation of thermoplastic materials, gas injection, rubber, technopolymers and liquid silicone .

Wireform A.N. (Thailand) Co., Ltd is in the business as a manufacturer of the Precision Springs, Wire forms, Multislide Parts, Plastic Injection Molded Parts, Stamping Parts and Contact Welding Parts.

Established in 1985, OFBM Stampi designs, engineers and manufactures medium and large size injection & compression moulds up to 60 tons for the thermoset, thermoplastic and carbon fibre moulding industries, as well as moulds for SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT, moulds for short and long carbon fibres. With its two presses up to 1000 tons OFBM can also offer in house try-out of compression MOULDS.

Established over 30 years ago in Petersfield, Amey Plastics has earned itself an enviable reputation as a leading plastic injection moulding and tool making company with customers across the UK and beyond.

Amey Plastics was acquired by brothers Ken and Philip Scott in August 2010. The Scott brothers started their first company in 1980, manufacturing specialist tools for the servicing of electro mechanical office machinery. With larger volumes to contend with, some items were tooled and moulded in plastic, which led to the company becoming a plastic injection moulder, supplying a range of industry sectors.  Orders ranged from polycarbonate bases and diffusers for the lighting industry to terminal blocks and plugs for the electrical industry and even descant recorders for schools!

Over the years, the Scott brothers have sourced, developed and produced their own plastic products which include their own recorders and lunchboxes for schools, football lampshades, inspection lamps and low voltage, radiant fluorescent lights used for commercial vehicles and the marine industry.

Amey Plastics now produces these items as well as plastic products for companies across a wide range of industries and prides itself on its reputation for professionalism, organisation, experience and the highest standards.

C & M Mould Tools Limited was formed in 1989 by the 2 partners in a small rented unit with a collection of second-hand manual machine tools.

Within a few years we had expanded slowly but surely and had out grown our small unit in Woolsbridge, by luck one of our customers has a vacant unit on the Ebblake Estate which was approximately twice the size. We moved into Unit 3 and gradually over the years expanded into units 2 & 1 before having the end unit built complete with 10-ton overhead cranage.

As a company we have a policy of purchasing large capacity machine tools which we feel sets us apart from many of toolmaking companies by allowing us to work on larger tools. This policy is supported by the investment in 10-ton overhead cranage.

We have recently purchased our first 5 axis CNC Milling machine which true to company policy has a working envelope of 2,200 x 1,000 x 1,100 which we believe to be one on the largest machines of it type in the South of England.
