All our Arburg machines ranging from 40 – 200 ton, are equipped with Solistica controllers, and Yusin robotic arms.

Our tool room is also fully equipped with the latest technology, and skilled employees using in-house 3-D CNC milling machines, assisted with Mastercam. Solid works design software, EDM machines,

surface grinders, to produce highly quality, precision molds.

State-of-the-art injection molding machines

Our modern 1K and 2K injection molding machines of the brands ARBURG and ENGEL (180 KN to 5000 KN) are all equipped with 5-axis CNC-controlled handling and sprue removal.

All process parameters are recorded and documented using the ARBURG host computer system (BDE / MDE)

The machines are supplied via a central material feed system.

Technical plastics are dried safely and gently with dry air dryers.

Energy-saving 365 liter dryers are available for large-volume parts.

Appropriate conditioning systems and material tests round off our service.

In addition to our own tool making for injection molding, we are happy to manufacture from your existing tools.

Kavia Moulded Products Limited manufactures precision tooling and plastic injection components for  blow moulding and vacuum forming companies. Kavia offers a full product design service that calls upon years of experience using state of the art CAD/CAM equipment.

Established in 1985, OFBM Stampi designs, engineers and manufactures medium and large size injection & compression moulds up to 60 tons for the thermoset, thermoplastic and carbon fibre moulding industries, as well as moulds for SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT, moulds for short and long carbon fibres. With its two presses up to 1000 tons OFBM can also offer in house try-out of compression MOULDS.
