Over 30 years ago, D & E Plastics Ltd. was founded in Buckinghamshire and entered the injection molding business. We now offer our clients a cutting-edge, economically viable production facility for the creation of plastic injection mould tools as well as the production and assembly of plastic components. Our process controls for injection molding are in line with BSEN ISO 9001:2015.

Our skilled team of engineers can carry out specialized toolmaking in-house using CAD/CAM product design and development. The majority of formats, including Parasolid, STEP, IGES, or DXF, can be used to supply customer information.

Our toolmakers have extensive knowledge and are equipped to produce injection molding tools that meet the highest standards.

We provide post-molding capabilities in addition to injection molding capabilities up to 150 tonnes on contemporary CNC molding machines.
