James W. Hayes Sr. and his wife Irene Hayes created Hayes Tooling and Plastics, Inc. in 1954, making it a third generation family business.  Jim and Irene's commitment to providing high-quality goods and first-rate customer service was formerly known as "Hayes Tool and Die," but it has been carried down through the years and is still the norm today.
