Two buildings at our corporate headquarters make about 90,000 square feet in all. Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing divisions as well as all of our business support departments are housed at our cross-functional facility. Dedicated facilities for silicone, diagnostics, and more are available at our six locations throughout Michigan and New York.

The rigorous requirements of manufacturing medical and biotech devices were taken into account when our facilities were planned and constructed. In addition to a micro-molding press housed in a modular, ISO Class 7 certified cleanroom, we have approximately 100 moulding presses, ranging in size from 17 tonnes to 440 tonnes. For the purposes of assembling and packing finished goods, our corporate office alone has four modular cleanrooms with ISO Class 7 certification.
