Heinz Spath and Andre Theron, toolmakers, founded Pencar Manufacturers in 1979. Pencar was founded on the design and manufacture of a broad range of toolmaking for various products. Pencar entered the manufacturing field after an opportunity for "concept to completion" of products emerged.
