Shenyuann has the knowledge and skills necessary to turn design ideas into final products that are produced effectively, quickly, and affordably. Making molds for single injection, double injection, insert molding, three-plated tools, indexing plate features, and other applications is our area of expertise. Our tooling design team can give mold flow analysis and DFM and makes use of programs like Pro-E and AutoCad. We can assess additional resin choices prior to tooling kickoff because we have experience working with a variety of materials, including PC, ABS, nylon, POM, TPU, and others.
