National Circuit Assembly
California
Thanks to our CEO Mike Tieu's tenacity, NCA was founded. Mike, an immigrant, wanted to launch a business providing services for the fabrication of electronics. Mike had to learn how to solder, work every position on an SMT line, and operate as a temporary employee of a staffing firm on a product assembly line in order to do this. Then NCA was founded in 2006, and the rest is history.
The old adage goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." At NCA, we don't operate on that philosophy. Our corporate culture places a strong emphasis on flexibility; it permeates all we do. Our approach to problem solving and way of thinking is adaptable. It can always be made better if it ain't broke.
