EMSPROTO takes on a new dimension, after a dazzling and exciting evolution since the launch of the first web platform EMSPROTO.com on July 1, 2015.

This rapid evolution is now leading us to a total resizing of our production plant. We are moving from our first building of 400m² to a brand new factory of more than 2000m², which we have entirely designed and adapted to our activity. It is a factory that is above all ecological, with reinforced insulation, a free cooling ventilation system to limit electricity consumption and a shade of solar panels of 83KW which greatly reduces our carbon footprint when you use our services. Indeed, we are almost autonomous in electrical energy!

We invest heavily in the production tool with the purchase of 2 new CMS lines, the addition of automation on the current line, the purchase of an automatic wired wiring machine. We are also investing in more advanced automation and control means such as the latest generation Viscom 3D AOI at the oven outlet on the 3 CMS lines. A CMS line will be equipped with new and latest generation Mycronic machines, a MY700 for jetting and a MY300-DX for placement, to ensure faster installation and support for increasingly complex component housings.

Passionate about electronics and motivated by our customers, we decided to expand the services offered by adding wired cabling, tropicalization, RX radiography, and soon case shaping, finished product integration, as well as many other options such as adding labels, saving RX shots of your cards,....
