We are on track with our short-term strategy to realise this ambition, which consists of a two-extrusion press factory, an anodizing plant, a semi-automated powder coating line, a recycling plant, four stockists and a window production workshop.

It all began when we founded a company making windows little over ten years ago. To anodize aluminium, we made the decision to construct an anodizing facility. After a few successful years, we started importing aluminium extrusions for the architectural market. Given the time's economic climate, we took a major leap of faith and chose to take advantage of the opportunity.  

Since E.P.M. is a small, family-run business, we can provide the benefits of flexibility and individualised care while maintaining high standards for quality.

We have helped a number of clients successfully patent their "Brain Child" to this point.

Even while big production runs of injection-molded parts are more cost-effective, E.P.M. also provides SMALL PRODUCTION RUNS as part of its service.

In June 2000, mechanical and industrial engineer Peter Barthel acquired the business. His breadth of experience in project engineering, marketing, and import/export enabled him to broaden the company's offerings to include consultancy, projects, extrusion, and small batch production.

The Standring Brothers Ltd.'s managing director since 1992 is John Standring. We are a family-run company that includes Harry Standring, John's father, who founded Range Valley Engineering Ltd. in 1961.
