Originally a machine tool mechanic, Michel Krasny founded the family business TMC in 1984. It was first founded as a Private limited liability company (SPRL/BVBA), and in 1990 it changed its legal status to Public limited company (SA/NV).

Around ten specialised professionals, including turners, millers, welders, and valve manufacturers, are employed by the company. We are lucky to have a diverse and adaptable staff that enables us to handle a variety of events, including shutdowns, working over weekends or during holidays, last-minute emergencies, and failures.

The crew is completed by Michel's son and daughter, Eric and Katy Krasny, who are now in charge of operating the business and can always be seen wearing work dungarees and being just as present in the office as they are on the shop floor.
